Rummy Game Rules
Rummy is a skill-based card game where the objective is to form valid sets and sequences. Here’s how to play:
- Objective: Arrange your 13 cards into valid sequences (e.g., 3-4-5 of the same suit) and sets (e.g., 7 of Spades, 7 of Hearts, 7 of Clubs).
- Players: 2-6 players with 1 or 2 standard decks of 52 cards plus jokers.
- Gameplay: Draw a card from the deck or discard pile, then discard one card each turn.
- Winning: Declare your hand with at least two sequences (one pure, without a joker) and remaining cards in sets or sequences.
- Points: Face cards (J, Q, K) are 10 points, Aces are 10 or 1, and numbered cards are their face value. Unmatched cards count against you.
